My Wake Up Call

We all need sleep.

It can be difficult to stay awake and even more difficult to wake up.

It can be difficult to fall asleep, even though you are bone tired.

Swirling thoughts, snoring partners, 3am worries, painful bodies and unhappy children can all inhibit our ability to sleep.

The next day we walk around like zombies, minds sluggish, responses slow and irritability levels high.
